QN 146 is now available for download from the Members' Documents area of the website (login required).
In this issue you will find Quaternary Research Fund and New Research Workers Award reports, which take us on a journey to North Wales, South Africa and then back up to the Italian Alps and further north to northern Norway. We have a piece by Brian John, outlining some field observations on the Isles of Scilly. There is a review of the basal topography map of Greenland, and we also have the write-up from two excellent field courses, supported by the QRA - one in the Yellow River region of China and the second in southeast Iceland. Finally abstracts from two sucessfully defended PhDs (please keep sending these in to the editor).
Enjoy issue 146, and my thanks to Val Siviter for her continued assistance in the final assembly of QN and for organising those copies that are printed and posted.
